  5. 4. General betting rules
4.1 All bets are made on the outcome of events regular time, unless otherwise noted. The outcome is acknowledged when the regular time is up. A bet is considered void and is paid out 1:1 if the event was not played or was cancelled. For more details on various sports see art. 8 Specific sports rules.
4.2 Bets are only accepted in the amount that does not exceed the Customers current account balance.
4.3 Bets are accepted based on the sports line line of upcoming events listed with starting odds and outcome stake limits. Odds and limits may be changed afterwards but the bets already placed will remain unchanged.
4.4 Event date and time being displayed on the line are given for information only. Wrong date, time or any other status information shall not be considered as ground for bet cancellation. In case the event took place earlier than or after the initially announced date, the outcome is considered valid and the bets active if they were placed before the event had started.
4.5 If the odds happen to have been changed, the Customer will see a notice before placing the bet. The Customer may choose whether to confirm or decline the bet.
4.6 If stake limits happen to have been changed leading to excess of the Customers bet over maximum stake, the Customer will see a notice before placing the bet. The Customer may choose whether to confirm or decline the bet.
4.7 After a bet is registered on LEON server and the Customer receives a message confirming placement, the bet is no longer subject to change or cancellation. Connection loss or any other communications failure shall not be basis for bet cancellation once the bet has been accepted by the server. Following bet calculation the amount of win is added to the Customers account.
4.8 The Customer may not bet on events he will acting in as a direct participant. On suspicion of such violation LEON has the right to halt win pay-out and return stake amount to the Customers account.
4.9 LEON shall bear no responsibility for a possibly incorrect mistake interpretation. This is of particular reference to staff mistake, program error or technical fault that may occur during betting. LEON reserves the right to correct such mistakes.
4.10 LEON shall acknowledge the outcome solely as published after sporting event completion by official sports organization. Any further changes (such as disciplinary penalties and law enforcement) shall not be taken into account. In the case of unfair play allegations, LEON has the right to suspend wins pay-out until due investigation takes place. If any violation is proved in the course of investigation, LEON will reserve the right to cancel all bets made for event.
4.11 Interrupted events. If an event doesnt finish within 3 days of its start, all bets on event will be cancelled.
4.12 For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team.

  6. 5. Draw rules
5.1 Draw rules apply to events that may have more than one winner or result in a draw, while the bet didnt offer a draw provision. For each bet placed on an outright winner, the stake will at first be decreased in ratio with the number of winners expected over the number of actual winners. After that, the amount of win will be paid out to Customers making successful bets on the decreased amount.

  7. 6. Bet offer
6.1 Single and multiple bets are accepted.
6.2 A single bet is a wager made on an individual selection. Single bets are accepted on all events. The win on a single bet amounts to stake times odd, except for the Asian handicap option that has special rules of win calculation.
6.3 A multiple bet, or a parlay, is a cumulative bet linking a number of separate outcomes. It is dependant on all of these wagers winning together and is otherwise calculated as lost. The winnings amount to stake times the product of all the accumulated odds.
6.4 System bet N out of M is an advanced version of a combination bet with a total amount of similar-sized combination bets (N) from a fixed amount of outcomes (M). The system bet is characterized by the same stake amount per combination bet and the same number of outcomes in every combination bet. While placing a system bet you have to choose a total amount of outcomes (M) and the number of events in all the combination bets (N). The total winning in the system bet equals a sum of winnings of all the combination bets included in the system.
6.5 N–M System bet with bankers. Banker is an outcome you are certain in and which is included in all the combination bets of the system bet. In case when the banker is lost (wrong outcome taken) the whole system bet is lost as well. But when the banker is won the resulting odds of every combination that is included in the system multiply by the banker’s odds.

  8. 7. Types of bets
7.1 All bets apply to regular time, unless otherwise noted. If accepted with overtime, this is provided on the line (e.g. Incl. OT in ice hockey). Exceptions: basketball, American football (NFL) - wherein outcome initially includes overtime. The outcome is acknowledged as soon as the regular time is played (90 minutes in football, 60 minutes in ice hockey). A bet is considered void and is paid out 1:1 if the event was not played or was cancelled. In case of any dispute the results of official match protocol will be definitive.
7.2 Match odds (1X2). Bet on match outcome by choosing from the three options: win 1, draw X, and win 2. Your win is the product of stake times odds for the outcome.
7.3 Under/Over. Betting on the total number of goals, points, games, etc. to be scored. For winning one has to guess if the total turns out over or under the given number.
7.4 Asian handicap. Handicap stands for the number of goals/points to be added to the goals/points of a team for taking into the bets account. Handicap can be positive, negative or equal to zero.
Case 1. Handicap is integer or divisible by 0.5
To determine the bet result, the goals/points actually scored by selected team are subtracted from (negative handicap) or added to (positive handicap) the teams handicap (second teams handicap is not taken into account). If handicapped outcome turns out in favour of the team selected, the bet is considered won. In the event of a draw, the stake is returned. If, for instance, the first team was betted with -1 handicap and the match was over with final score: a) 0:0, the bet would be lost, b) 1:0, - returned, c) 2:0, - won. In the case of a positive handicap of +1 and final match score: a) 0:1, the bet would be lost, b) 0:0, - won, c) 1:0, - won.

Case 2. Handicap divisible by 0.25 but not 0.5, and not integer.
Bet is calculated as two bets at half stake with equal odds and nearest values of regular handicaps (integer or divisible by 0.5, e.g. +0 and +0.5 for +0.25, -1 and -0.5 for -0.75). If both half-bets are winning, pay-out is calculated at the bets odds (O). If one of the half-bets wins and the other gets a return, pay-out is calculated against odds = (O+1)/2. If one of the half-bets loses and the other is a return, the odds will be equal to 0.5. If both halves lose, the whole bet is considered lost.

    Calculation example.

7.5 First goal. Try to predict the time span when the first goal is scored. In case of no goals, bets placed on 0:0 result will be winning. The 10 possible options are: 0 to 10th minute, 11 to 20th, etc., and 0:0.
7.6 Half time. Predict the outcome for the first half of match. Bets apply to the first 45 minutes plus injury time. 3 outcomes possible: win of first team, win of second team, and the draw.
7.7 Half time/ Full time.. Predict the results for both half time and match. The outcome is written through forward slash: half time / full time.
7.8 Correct score. Predict the correct score for the outcome. If the forecast is different from actual score, the bet is considered lost. Applicable to regular plus injury time, extra time is not counted.
7.9 Half time score. Predict the correct score for the fist time. If the forecast is different from actual score, the bet is considered lost.
7.10 Odd or Even. Will the number of goals in match be odd or even? In case of no scorings, the bet is considered lost.
7.11 Set betting. Predict the exact score of a tennis match. If the match couldnt be played to the end (e.g. refusal of player to continue), the bet is cancelled (paid out at 1.0 odds).
7.12 Total Corners. How many corners will be played throughout the match? Accepted for regular plus injury time.
7.13 Hat trick. Predict if any of the players will manage to make a hat trick (i.e. will score 3 goals). Two outcomes possible: yes and no. Auto goals are not counted. Applicable to regular plus injury time.
7.14 Red Cards. Will a player be sent off the field (shown a red card) in the match?. Applicable to 90 minutes plus injury time. Cards shown to non-participant players or after the end of match are not counted.
7.15 Clean sheet. Will the named team manage to keep a clean sheet? There are two outcomes: yes and no. Accepted for regular plus injury time.
7.16 Goal scorer. Will or will not the selected player score throughout the match? Auto goals are not taken into account. If a player doesnt come out (in main line-up or substitute), his bets are returned.
7.17 First goal scorer. Naming the player to score the first goal. If chosen player enters the match on substitute after the goal is scored, the bet will be returned. Auto goals are not counted.
7.18 Cards. How many cards will be shown throughout the match? A yellow card stands for 2 points, a red card is worth 5. Two yellow cards to one player are treated as yellow plus red (7 points). Accepted for regular plus injury time.
7.19 Corners Match Bet. Which team is going to serve more corners in match? Accepted for regular time.
7.20 Substitution. How many substitutions will be made throughout the match? Accepted for regular plus injury time, extra times not counted.
7.21 Round betting. To win this one, you have to name the boxer and number of winning round.
7.22 Total rounds. Predict the duration of a boxing match. The fight is considered lasting N rounds when the start to an Nth round is announced.
7.23 To Qulaify. Predict which team is to qualify for the next round. Betting is made on the overall outcome, winning is the team that passes to the next round of the competition. Extra time and/or penalty shootout are taken into account.
7.24 Double Chance. A Double Chance pick contains two of three possible outcomes - unlike one pick in a normal 1X2 bet. Possible outcomes:
    1X - win 1 or draw X;
    12 - win 1 or win 2;
    X2 - draw X or win 2.

  9. 8. Specific sports rules
8.1 Football. Bets on all football games are applicable to regular time including injury time. Injury time is represented by the 45th minute of the first time and the 90th minute of the second time. If the match is stopped before end of time and put off for more than 3 days, all bets will be deemed void unless unconditionally determined.
8.2 Ice hockey. Bets on all ice hockey matches are applicable to regular time, unless otherwise noted. If accepted with overtime and shootouts that may be played, the line will additionally mention "Incl. OT" or "Moneyline". If the game could not be finished within three days, then a) minimum 55 minutes must have been played and b) official results must be announced by proper authorities; otherwise all bets will be deemed void unless unconditionally determined.
8.3 Basketball. Bets on all basketball matches are applicable to regular time including overtime, apart from separate provisions. 8.4 Tennis. If a player should quit the match before time, the one that passes to the next round is considered the winner. If there is less then one full set played, all bets will be cancelled. The bet will be deemed valid if the match is completed. If the match couldnt be finished (e.g. due to a players refusal), the bet is returned at 1.0 odds).
8.5 American football (NFL). Betting on outcome is done inclusive of all possible extra time. If the game results in a tie following overtime, all bets on the outright winner will be considered void (see art. 5 Draw rules).

If the match isnt started as scheduled and finished within 3 days, all bets will be void if not unconditionally determined. In case of stoppage, within 3 days the match is to a) be played for at least 55 minutes, or b) get the official results announced by proper authority; otherwise all bets will be void if not unconditionally determined.

Each team’s starting pitcher is defined by the pitcher that throws the initial pitch of the game. Extra innings are included if played.
8.7 Boxing. The fight is considered lasting N rounds when the start to an Nth round is announced. If a boxer retires before the start of a round, fails to answer the bell, or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round. If one of the boxers is disqualified they will be deemed a loser. If the scheduled duration of the fight is altered in time or number of rounds then all bets will be void. If a fight is declared a ‘no contest’ then all bets will be void.
8.8 Other sports. Volleyball, billiards, snooker, darts, etc. wherein match consists of a fixed number of sets, games, frames, etc. If one of the players is found unable to finish the match, the one that passes to the next round wins. 10. 9. Minimum and maximum stakes.
9.1 Minimum stake amounts to USD 5 or equivalent in Customer account currency.
9.2 Maximum stake is specified on the line in Customer account currency.

  11. 10. Bet calculation

10.2 Win amount is transferred to the Customers account during bet calculation.
